To benefit from return, exchange and warranty services, you must bring the original invoice.

Return and exchange includes all items except (books, electronic devices programs, electronic games, and prepaid cards, unless there is a manufacturing defect) according to the following conditions:

1. The item must be in the same condition as it is in the time of purchased and wrapped in the original packaging.
2. You can return within 3 days and alternate within 7 days from the date of purchase.
3. The promo associated with the returned item can be returned if it is in its original condition or the promo value will be discounted.
4. Purchases paid with purchase vouchers, credit cards, or through the purchase installment service cannot be returned in cash, and the value can be exchanged for Mawahib Bookstore’s vouchers.
5. Returning collection amounts to other companies is subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider, and the customer must bring the payment receipt with the invoice in order to be able to return the amount if the terms and conditions of the service provider allow that.
6. Return, exchange and warranty services extend within the geographical borders of the area from which the product was purchased.
7. Maintenance fees are non-refundable.

If a branch is not available in the city where the order was delivered, please contact us at 05485188888, and a shipping company representative will come to receive the shipment.

11- Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and all other fees related to international shipping are not refundable in the event that the order is returned or not received, with the exception of a manufacturing defect in the item.

Immediate replacement of devices with manufacturing defects

• Mawahib Bookstore will make an identical replacement for the device with a manufacturing defect (non-software) within 3 days from the date of purchase according to the following conditions
• The device must be free from any scratches or misuse.
• Bring the original box with all accessories and user manuals inside.
• A report may be required from the authorized maintenance agent before the replacement process.
